
Panhellenic Recruitment
As Vice President for Public Relations of Auburn Panhellenic, I was responsible for the branding and marketing of one of the largest Panhellenic recruitments in the country. Auburn Panhellenic represents 18 sorority chapters, and each fall more than 2,000 potential new members (PNMs) participate in recruitment, supported by over 130 recruitment counselors. Recruitment is a week-long process of mutual selection where students explore membership across chapters, culminating in finding their “home.” It is one of the most visible and high-stakes events on Auburn’s campus, requiring strategic planning, cohesive branding, and seamless execution.
To bring this experience to life, my team and I developed a travel-inspired theme with postcards, stamps, and the idea of “finding your destination.” This portfolio showcases the full scope of deliverables I directed, from the overarching brand kit and merchandise to uniforms, the PNM handbook, and event photography. Each piece was designed to create a consistent, engaging, and welcoming experience across thousands of touchpoints.

Merchandise
Recruitment merchandise was a large-scale project, outfitting thousands of participants, staff and counselors with functional, branded items that carried them through the week and created a cohesive unified experience.
Handbook
In collaboration with Eloise Design Co., I led the creation of the Auburn Panhellenic Recruitment Handbook—a guide for over 2,000 incoming potential new members, designed to introduce them to all things Panhellenic. As the primary contact for Eloise Design Co., I managed the project from concept to completion, providing a visual guideline with our travel-inspired recruitment brand kit. The map-themed cover design, along with stamps and travel memorabilia throughout the pages, helped bring the journey of recruitment to life. I sourced all the photos, quotes, and information to create a handbook that felt welcoming, informative, and uniquely Auburn. This was truly a labor of love, crafted to make each new member feel at home in our Panhellenic community.
Photography
During the week of recruitment, I spent my days capturing content for socials in order to provide Panhellenic with a cohesive library of branded content. From moments of sisterhood to visits from Aubie, my goal was to document authentic moments that showcase the heart of Auburn Panhellenic’s community.
